YourFormula will be participating in the eagerly anticipated 2014 edition of Euroscience Open Forum (ESOF) – the largest general science meeting, held in a leading European city every two years.

This year´s edition will take place in Copenhagen, the city of Science 2014, from June 21-26.

The excitement is brewing for ESOF2014…

…and I’ll be there covering the event to bring you the highlights of the discussions and the main activities. In addition, we’ll be on the spot with a camera to conduct more interviews and share more chemistry and innovation- related stories with you!

If you can´t make it this year, then follow us on Twitter and Facebook – we’ll be live-tweeting and promise to share with you the highlights of the event!

If you’d like to talk to us and tell us your stories and experiences, just drop me an e-mail at . I’ll be pleased to meet you in person and have a chat.

In addition, Your Formula will have a few surprises for you…

The highlights of the forum are the opening ceremony that will feature speeches by Her Majesty the Queen, and President of the European Commission José Manuel Barroso, the five plenary lectures, and the nine  keynote lectures selected to inspire and motivate ESOF’s wide  audience.

The Forum will include an exhibition, a career fair and more than 120 sessions divided between science, policy, and business and career.

Diane Fresquez, author of the new, popular science book called “A Taste of Molecules”, will also be there and she is organising the session “From Beer Came the pH Scale”, taking place on Monday, June 23, at 10am. Join us and let’s celebrate the remarkable story of the pH scale!
